The modern TV stand Riga is the result of a project that brings out the skills of the best artisans of Porada, associated with the use of precise technological production processes. Easy to understand, Riga takes its name from the skilful woodworking that characterizes both the fronts and the sides composed of two side drawers and one (176 cm version) or two (235 cm version) central flap doors. As night tables, chests of drawers and sideboards, the Riga TV stand is available in the natural, Wenge or Moka stained version, as well as matt lacquered in the colours of the collection, according to the various needs.
Two satin-finish chrome feet support the structure and, together with the striped workmanship, constitute the common thread of the entire collection.
Tarcisio is among Porada’s longest-term collaborators. Self-taught, with experiences in planning, knowledge of materials and technologies, in 1975 he started his freelance career, collaborating as a designer with many iconic furniture companies, among them Porada. Many of his works and projects have been published by the most prestigious international magazines of the sector. For Porada he designed many successful products: from the Domina bookcase to the Jola armchair and the Mediacentre totem.
