BAYUS TONDO 44

The iconic Bayus family, known for its distinctive drawers with wooden or cuoio leather fronts, expands with the Bayus Tondo 44 bedside table,
a sophisticated and elegant piece designed to complement the bedroom decor. The structure, crafted from canaletta walnut, features a round shape with a tabletop available in wood or marble. The central drawer, adorned with a saddle brown leather handle intricately woven using the scoubidou
technique, is internally finished with scratchresistant titanium, enhancing the durability of a product intended for daily use. The base is made of
Bronzoro metal and showcases brushed brass feet, a characteristic feature of the product family to which the bedside table belongs.

Gabriele & Oscar Buratti

Gabriele Buratti, architect and professor of interior architecture at the Design department of Politecnico di Milano and Oscar Buratti, architect, together founded the BURATTI ARCHITETTI studio. The Studio has a multidisciplinary practice, which covers buildings and urban areas, architecture to interiors, furniture and object design, as well as design of exhibitions and showrooms. An intense and varied professional path in which themes, places and typologies, brands and people, materials and craftsmanship, mingle together. Buratti brothers share with Porada the intention of combining culture and professional specialization, experimentation and technique, original visions, and product quality.
“We don’t believe in striking gestures, but in the ability to transfer into the object a broader view of the space, good technique and care of detail.”
