BAYUS TAVOLINO
SIDE & COFFEE TABLES
BAYUS TAVOLINO

Once again, the combination of the Buratti brothers’ design and Porada’s production skills gives rise to a project that combines aesthetic perfection and functionality. The iconic Bayus family, characterised by its typical drawers with wooden or leather fronts, is enriched by a new unique piece, the low table, designed for the living area. Bayus coffee tables for living room are distinguished by a large double top with wide open compartments, where it is possible to insert two optional drawers made almost entirely of Canaletta walnut wood.
The metal base in Bronzoro finish acts as a support for the entire frame and decorates it, thanks to the shiny end-feet in brushed brass. The beauty of Bayus’ carefully crafted wood and its measured proportions, make it distinctively sophisticated and able to fit with measured elegance into all modern living rooms.

Gabriele & Oscar Buratti

Gabriele Buratti, architect and professor of interior architecture at the Design department of Politecnico di Milano and Oscar Buratti, architect, together founded the BURATTI ARCHITETTI studio. The Studio has a multidisciplinary practice, which covers buildings and urban areas, architecture to interiors, furniture and object design, as well as design of exhibitions and showrooms. An intense and varied professional path in which themes, places and typologies, brands and people, materials and craftsmanship, mingle together. Buratti brothers share with Porada the intention of combining culture and professional specialization, experimentation and technique, original visions, and product quality.
“We don’t believe in striking gestures, but in the ability to transfer into the object a broader view of the space, good technique and care of detail.”
