The care for details and the skilled combination of wood, glass and metal define an elegant and sophisticated furnishing component. The Modus 1 retro sofa console is classified as an elegant and refined design accessory. The metal structure in brushed bronzed brass supports two shelves in ash wood – coming from sustainable forests owned by Porada and available in all the finishes of the collection – and a central shelf made of tempered smoked glass.
With its linear and decisive character, the Modus 1 console table is perfectly suited for both a living area and a modern entrance hall or as an independent console combined with mirrors or modern table lamps, thanks to its ability to perfectly combine functionality and aesthetics.

Giovanna Azzarello

Giovanna Azzarello was born in Reggio Calabria in Italy and from a young age lived in Milan where she studied and developed a passion for the arts, from graphic design to painting, architecture to design. Inspired by Giò Ponti’s thinking, she believes that design and architecture are two similar subjects with a shared vision and application areas. In collaboration with Porada, Giovanna designed many successful pieces in the collection.
