BAYUS 7

Simple lines enhanced by refined details and noble materials, such as the iconic Canaletta Walnut wood and natural leather in different finishes, make Bayus wooden night tables unique and stylish design elements. The Bayus collection was originally created for the night area, including nightstands and chests of drawers of different sizes.
The entire line of suspended night tables is characterized by a solid wooden structure divided into two – Bayus 5- or four – Bayus 6 – open compartments designed to insert distinctive drawers with leather or wood front typical of the entire collection.

The living line has been further expanded to include the Bayus 7 wall unit, designed by the Buratti brothers and created thanks to the combination of domain expertise and Porada’s refined technological production processes. The wall unit features a structure in solid Canaletta walnut, also available in a Wengé stained finish, which includes four open compartments that allow this furnishing accessory to be used both as a suspended bookcase or as a wall shelf in the living room or bedroom.
It is possible to gather several suspended wall units in order to create interesting compositions suitable to enrich all modern living rooms in combination with all the seats of the Porada collection, with the small Vera armchair and the small Torii stool for a more minimalist design taste.

Gabriele & Oscar Buratti

Gabriele Buratti, architect and professor of interior architecture at the Design department of Politecnico di Milano and Oscar Buratti, architect, together founded the BURATTI ARCHITETTI studio. The Studio has a multidisciplinary practice, which covers buildings and urban areas, architecture to interiors, furniture and object design, as well as design of exhibitions and showrooms. An intense and varied professional path in which themes, places and typologies, brands and people, materials and craftsmanship, mingle together. Buratti brothers share with Porada the intention of combining culture and professional specialization, experimentation and technique, original visions, and product quality.
“We don’t believe in striking gestures, but in the ability to transfer into the object a broader view of the space, good technique and care of detail.”
